All effort will be made by the management to place guests in a requested apartment. Where circumstances beyond our control prevents this, an alternative apartment will be allocated.

All rates are inclusive of any applicable government taxes or charges. Rates are subject to change without notice.

A deposit of $250 is required at the time of the booking. Balance of the account is payable on arrival.

If you cancel less than 30 days from your check in day, a $50 administration and processing fee will be retained and the balance of your deposit will be refunded to your credit card.

If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit is non refundable.

If you cancel less than 7 days from arrival, Sandcastles has the right to charge the entire amount of your stay.

If you have booked a special Un-refundable Rate and you cancel, no refund will be paid at anytime with no exceptions.
